  • to record your registration to attend LDG events

Personal information stored with third-party providers, such as MailChimp and Google, is accessible only to LDG committee members, and we make reasonable efforts to partner with providers who demonstrate high standards of privacy and security. While we take reasonable precautions to secure your information, LDG cannot be held liable for any unauthorised access or use that may occur. Disclosure of Personal Information

We will not use or disclose your personal information for any purpose that is unrelated to our services and that you would not reasonably expect (except with your consent or if we are required to by law). We may disclose your personal information to third parties who assist us or are involved in the provision of our services when it is necessary.

Disclosure of Personal Information Overseas

In limited circumstances, we may disclose personal information overseas, for example, when engaging third-party providers for data storage, email services, or event management platforms that operate internationally or have cloud services with data centres outside Australia. When disclosing information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that these recipients comply with the Australian Privacy Principles.
